50 minute follow-up: $175

30 minute follow-up: $100

Note: Nova Nutrition requires payment in full at the time of service. However, a superbill can be provided upon request for possible insurance reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts are dependent upon an individual’s insurance plan and provider and are not guaranteed by Nova Nutrition.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Policy: Clients are responsible for payment of the agreed upon fee for any sessions for which the client failed to give Nova Nutrition at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Cancellation notice should be communicated via the portal, email or voicemail.

Refund Policy: In the event of a client selecting the 'pay now' option during scheduling, cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will be provided a full refund. If a client needs to reschedule an appointment after selecting the 'pay now' option during booking, the payment will be applied to the new appointment time.

Clients booking packages are responsible for the full amount after an initial appointment has been held regardless of if all sessions are utilized. Package appointments must be used within four months of initial appointment date unless agreed to in writing by client and Nova Nutrition. Refunds are only available if cancellation has been made prior to initial appointment according to cancellation policy.

New Client Package: $855 - initial consultation: $225/hour and seven 30 minute follow-up appointments : $90/per session
