  • An initial 60 minute appointment includes a comprehensive wellness assessment, review of dietary preferences, and a holistic wellness plan

  • Follow up appointments establish and review goals, overcome obstacles, and provide education and accountability

  • All sessions include personalized nutrition, exercise, self-care and mindfulness recommendations to help you reach your goals and feel your best

  • Provider support via email between sessions if needed

  • Help with meal planning, grocery shopping, and recipe ideas to bring ease to preparing healthy, balanced and flavorful meals for you to thrive on
