Meet your dietitian, samantha

Samantha received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Arizona and completed her dietetic internship with the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. She’s worked in a variety of clinical and public health settings, helping a wide array of clients with many nutritional needs. For more than a decade, she’s worked closely with those wanting to improve their health through dietary changes and movement and specifically, those struggling with disordered eating. Additionally, she is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) which has given her advanced knowledge to better support those managing their blood sugar levels with pre-diabetes, Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, or women struggling with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).

Through her own life and work experience, she’s learned the importance of nutrition as the foundation for overall health and well-being. She has a passion for sharing her knowledge and providing support to help others improve their health, enhance their mind-body connection and achieve their goals.

In her free time, Samantha enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, hiking, listening to live music, making jewelry and spending time with her friends, family, and dog Hank.
